To prepare for your internship/job search, consider taking an 8-week course to help you prepare documents, gain confidence in interviewing and networking situations, and gain awareness of strategies to start your search. The course can count as an upper-level elective (talk to your advisor to discuss).
NATS 4100/5100 Professional Development in the Natural Sciences and Mathematics
8-week course
This course will guide you through the process of applying for internships, part-time jobs, full-time jobs or
graduate/healthcare programs. Designed to enhance student career and internship readiness skills. Students will complete professional development modules through this 8-week course.
