About Us
The NSM Career Success Center (CSC) is committed to ensuring student and alumni career success. We provide support and resources to address the unique and changing demands in the STEM job market and develop opportunities for all students in the School of Natural Sciences & Mathematics (NSM). Through collaboration and partnerships with faculty, staff, alumni and employers, we are a powerful resource for career exploration and readiness.

To meet the demands of todays’ job search, we offer one-on-one career development appointments, attend events and workshops, participate in interview coaching and other online career readiness resources. - Explore
We encourage students to explore careers that align with their personal goals, values, personality, strengths and interests. - Prepare
To help NSM students market themselves to future employers, we develop personal marketing materials that get noticed. Students can also receive interview coaching and/or sign up for a mock interview. - Connect
The CSC provides NSM students many opportunities to connect with STEM employers and hiring managers. These include lunch and learn events, tabling events and employer-hosted socials. - Succeed
Students who learn, explore, prepare, and connect tend to be more confident and focused on their career development journey. They also have better outcomes in their job/graduate school search.
