Onsite Registration

Onsite registration will be available at the Symposium at the After Oct. 14 Regular rate of $450.


Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be directed to texas2013@utdallas.edu. Please keep in mind the following deadlines for cancellation and possible penalties.

  • Before October 14 - Full refund of registration fee.
  • October 14 to November 25 - $100 fee to cancel.
  • After November 25 - No refund of registration fee is possible.

Information on registration

The Symposium registration fee covers conference materials and entry to all scientific plenary and parallel sessions, the program events (including the Sunday night reception, continental breakfast and two coffee breaks Monday-Friday, the historical roundtable discussion and public lecture on Wednesday, and the poster session on Thursday), and access to speakers and exhibits throughout the week. Tickets to the Tuesday night banquet are also available for purchase through the registration page.
