Before October 14: $350
After October 14: $450

Student Registration Fees

Before August 26: $150
Before October 14: $200

Student Support

Some travel support is available for students. To apply, please complete the form here and return it by email to texas2013@utdallas.edu or by fax to 972-883-4569 c/o Beth Keithly.

Onsite Registration

Onsite registration will be available at the Symposium at the After Oct. 14 Regular rate of $450.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be directed to texas2013@utdallas.edu. Please keep in mind the following deadlines for cancellation and possible penalties.

Before October 14 - Full refund of registration fee.
October 14 to November 25 - $100 fee to cancel.
After November 25 - No refund of registration fee is possible.
